No his name was J C Blake but hi father was also James Blake i think he was b/1834 in wilts. |

Hi Chris, Not directly. Was his father's name George on the marriage cert by the way ? If so, he was born in Amesbury. JAMES BLAKE Male -------- Event(s): Birth: Christening: 08 MAY 1859 Amesbury, Wiltshire, England Death: Burial: -------- Parents: Father: GEORGE BLAKE Family Mother: ELIZABETH MANNS If this is him, you can get the birth certificate online from the GRO using this ref - Amesbury, 1859, June quarter, volume 5a, page 171. I have my g,g,grandads m/cert of 1881 from wilts can i get a b/cert from this his name was james carter blake b/1859.thanks Chris |
