Unwanted birth certificate - site? list?

Just thought you'd like to know have now realised why I kept getting trouble.on ukbdm Graham has emailed me and I must have had the caps lock on for my username and passwords because that is case sensitive and I got on today! And will be putting my b/c and m/c s on inthe week. So make sure you have your username and passworrd written down and whether they are incaptial letters or not!!! KIM |

I had trouble getting into the exchange site and it was because I had multiple viruses on my computer. When they were eliminated I went back into the site and could only progress if I agreed to allow access to cookies. How about GC having an exchange message board?? |

I haven't got it on my favourites and it just blanks out my pssword and user name and says something about duplicate aeerror just reregister but it wouldn't let me! KIM |

Hi Kim When I was on the site trying to find what I was supposed to be doing I read something about other people who were having difficulty getting onto the site. Without going back - because I would never find where I was again!- I think it said something about not going into the site from your favourites - and something else about cookies. Whatever - the suggested way around the problem was to type the site address as a new address in your address bar and go into the site that way. It might help? Sylvie |

i HAVE OVER 30 CERTIFICATES , NOT UNWANTED BUT WANT TO SHARE DETAILS. I HAVE TRIED EVERY DAY AND EVERY WHICH WAY BUT CANNOT GET INTO SITE EVEN THOUGH BEEN THERE BEFORE. HELP PLEASE! KIM |

Did I read somewhere on gc that there was a list or a site for birth certificates that had been applied for but which turned out to be the wrong person? I have one! Sylvie |
