National buriel index disc info please

Sue drive A is where your floppy goes driver D on mine is a back up drive E on mine is where my CD goes in. If you click on my computer you will get a list come up see which one is your CD driver. It will show a disc, then change the d to what ever it is. I think thats it. I don't think you will do any damage so give it a go. As long as you don't delete anything there's not much you can do wrong. Irene

Thanks for all your help and I did what you said Kim and it worked I am a bit nervous at fiddling with things on the computer I am scared I will wipe off all I have, I usually wait till my son comes home for a weekend then I usually get him to sort it out. Thankyou very much regards Sue...........

Hi Sue, On my computer,drive `d`is the topmost unit in the tower,it is marked `DVD` Barry

If you go into "my computer" it should list something like drive "A" floppy disc Drive"d " cd drive . My computer here has the cd drive as drive "q" so that could be what is confusing your computer. try going into "control panel" and select "add new programs" it should be easier! KIM

I have just been trying to set up this on my computer. It tells me to start run and then in the text box type in d:\setup.exe for which I did, it then came up on the screen d: refers to a location that is unavailable it could be on the hard drive on this computer or on a network, well I thought it would be easy but I can't get past here so please in straight forward english can someone tell me what to do?? Sue..............
