Hi I am having problems sending an email to Susan Davison through GC. I click on her name on the records Office board, write the email in the box provided and press send. I do not receive an email from GC saying the email has gone and she has not received it. It is showing on my contacts list as being sent. she has emailed me through GC. I tried to contact Gc support team and i get a message" The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was 550 5.7.1. Unable to relay for [email protected] How do i get round this problem?? Thanks for your help Jane.

Hi Jane If Susan has emailed you through GC you should be able to contact her if her message is in your inbox in outlook express. Right click on the message heading in your messages received, in the drop down box click on properties. A window should appear and at the top will be her email address. Jeanette
