My code relates to the part of the country eg [LND] London, that the branch originated from, and is included in the notes section.

Did you write in the notes box at the bottom. My mum has the same problem!

Had the same problem, I solved it by putting in [ ] inside a two letter code after surname. Works perfectly as long as those interested understand your code

you'll have to delete her and put her in again, there's no other way of fixing anything go to yourself and use "Add Mother". Otherwise it's liable to think your dad remarried and she's the other partner

Greeting's again Claire.. . . . Just thinking aloud here. . . . Are you sure you added her as a partner to her husband ? Or try putting a capital letter within the body of her name ? like yesterdays transcript mistake it might work. MIKE.

My mums maiden name was the same as my dads name before they married!!! (Confused) So she never changed her name. On my family tree when I put information in my mum has appeared on my dads side along with his brothers and sisters is there anyway I can stop this happening? I am confused as it is without this little prob! Regards Claire
