Hello Sharron If you go to http://rolyg(.)members(.)beeb(.)net/2425ED8a-8j(.)htm its a cumbrian free 1851 website. It has all the names of people in Penrith. There is a Eleanor and James Niblow. But, if you require further info I think you have to buy the CD. Shirley |

There are several on LDS in scotland, don't think scotland has a freebmd thing going on though, perhaps some one else will know. Gen |

This must be the most uncommon name on this site. Does anyone know any body with the surname NIBLOW or where I can probably view Births/deaths on the web for Scotland like we can for the UK thank you sharron |
