Lisa, Is your membership due? this happend to me. I had still three weeks before it was due, but as soon as I paid it (before the time) all was okay. GC are a bit ahead of themselves and only giving you 11 months instead of 12. Valerie

For a few days now I've been unable to send anybody on genes an email. I've contacted genes who are looking into it for me but in the meanwhile I'm sat waiting. Any advice would be great. Lisa
