How do I connect 2 families on my GC tree?

I already have all the details of two families linked by a marriage. The problem is I have discovered another marriage between the same two families. How do I link them together as when I try to add a partner I get the same entry twice but one doesn't have all the other family details. Is there any way of merging names?

Hi Linda and Joanne If I wanted to up load to gedcom do I have to delete all my tree and start again? Regards Ann
