If you only have one name from your search, that's all it can group after you "process search". It can only process the names you have found, not magically produce some more. You must search to get all of your surname people in that town IN A SINGLE SEARCH before you "Process search".

Hi Rosemary, Thanks also for your help. I pressed the little arrow. It shows person ID and page ID. I pressed page ID . It still just shows the one name I originally searched for.( I thought it should show me the other people on the page. Am I wrong? Regards Vera

Hi Susie Thanks for your help. I have pressed group by. A blue line appears, which you can change to ID page etc. But no other names appear. What am I doing wrong? Vera

hi vera press process,then show results and then if you press group by you can either choose page or person id i hope this helps susie

Hi, PLEASE HELP ME !! Have read instructions..but am still having trouble. Have pressed show results, which I get, but how do I find other people on the same page? Regards Vera
