Hi Fiona, When you say parish records, do you mean parish registers of baptism etc? Have you searched for other parish records, such as those of the parish overseers (poor law records). You could try Wills, and also quarter session records (its suprising how any of our ancestors turn up in criminal records because of some small misdemeanour). Manorial records are really useful too, providing they can be located. You could contact the Warwickshire record office and ask what they have for the parish/parishes you're interested in.
