Hi A lot of parishes held what theycalled "Bastardy Rolls". You could try your prishes to see if they had them and if the folks you are interested in were on them. |

Daft as it might sound Margaret, I know the father its the mother I can not find. Stupid but, thats me have to be different than others. Must get it off my grand parents. |

Hi Sally you just answered my question on fiche. I have had two illegitimate births but have found that I hve traced the family back, depending on what you want to know of course can't get fathers names Margaret |
