Karin, you could still be one year out if their death was before that year's birthday. Also, if the informant wasn't a relative, they may be guessing the age. Janice |

Yes but remember a lot of the info we get gives the incorrect age. In my case a man 43 in 1881 is 56 in 1901 20 years later and his wife has caught up in age when there was a 2 year difference!!!!!!!!!!!! |

hi this may be abit silly but i have the death certs for some of my rellies so what i do is i get the calculator put the year in which they died subtract there age and it gives you the year they were born hope this helps |
