Where to Buy 1891 Census CDs

I've just seen the 1891 Census for Durham and another set for Northumberland (same year) for sale on E-bay. I would prefer to purchase "new" but where from. I've looked at Archive Books and Stepping Stones and it doesnt look as though they have them. Any suggestions please. |
