Quickest way from Name Summary is just to click on the surname next to '1 new message' - you will then see the 3 different surname boards 'history', 'trying to find' and 'general' and it will show you which one has the new message. Just click on the correct board and the messages will be displayed, most recent first. Once finished just click back twice to return to your Name Summary. Maz. XX

Does it say 'one new message' next to your names summary? If so you need to go to the Trying to Find message board and type in the name at the top. The new 'Trying to Find' message will appear, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's for you personally. Anne

Has your message come through as a normal e-mail, in which case you should dige on the envelope to open message up, or has it come through to your contacts board, if so it will say you have recieved a message from.........then all you have to do is didge onto where it says click here to view contents of mail. good luck sheila
