Copy and paste question please?

I have copied and pasted some information out and saved it in my documents. I have sent it to a friend through my "outlook"but she said that there is nothing to open or anything, where have I gone wrong? Sue.

Hope i'm not teaching you to suck eggs but assuming you have saved this info as a word document in my documents you then go to outlook and start your message. Next press insert tab (or paperclip icon) then file. when the box appears on screen search for your document and click so it is highlighted blue then press insert tab at bottom right of box. this should then show on your outlook message as an attachment. Hope this helps Pam

If you cut and paste into Word, I believe you can click on the email icon at the top of the newly created Word document to open a new Outlook Express email with the document already attached to it. Dierdre X

Thanks for the tip deirdre. I work with computers every day and I honestly didn't know that. mind you I am self taught... Pam
