The best site I know is the ENNEVER one. Just type the name into Google and then contact Patricia who runs it. She will be able to tell you of her experience.

Where is the best place to register my (new) family tree web site? Ones with English/British focus. I have it on my ISP's server, so its not tied to any particular genealogy site/software. Thanks Barry
