I did get back on John but now gone again. I did manage to look at the support page which comfirmed the above for Siobhan. I had the same problem but it could be something else. Bob

Check your settings in IE for security and privacy are set to medium (default). Don't try to access at the moment as the site is down. as of 5 mins ago.(upgrading server) Bob

I recently put my tree on here, everything was working fine. But today I am getting the message Sorry, there is no such userID. Please try again. everytime I try to view my webpage, It even is telling me my e.mail address does not exist. Is anyone else having this trouble.
