Only suggestion I can come up with is the National Archives of Canada at www(.)archives(.)ca remove brackets. Unless any kind person from Canada can come up with another suggestion! Sue G |

The Newfoundland provincial archives site has lots of information on records held & where to find them www.gov.nf.ca/panl/family.html ngb.chebucto.org - this is the Newfoundland genealogy site. There's a LOT of info here but you might need to know the district, otherwise it could be a long, long haul. I've been looking for my grandmother's birth, which is much more recent (1912ish) and have trawled through much of this. K. |
