Samantha, thank you, it was the double date section, you were right, I went into help and it told me to set it to 0 and it's fixed it. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Susan x

Hi Susan Sorry I can't solve the problem, but if you have a look in the help screens it is something to do with "Double Dates" Its all to do with the Julian and Gregorian calendars, depending on which calendar is used the year could be one of two! Don't know if you can get round it though! Sam

Can anyone help me? I'm using Family Tree Maker 11 and suddenly when I put in a marriage date, for example February 27 1682, it comes up as February 27 1681/82. It hasn't always done this, it's just started, no matter what date I put in, it always puts the year before in then / and the year I entered. Has anyone else come across this problem and know how to solve it? Thanks, Susan
