Thank you all for you very good wishes, you all seem as delighted as we are at the news. This confirms my belief that although we never see each other, we are all as supportive to each other as any of our other friends and dare I say it family. Thank you all very much, and may each and everyone of you be as lucky in you search/s. Pat

To all you folk without hope of finding family, do not despair. My husband who had been fostered from the time he could remember had only his birth certificate to go on. This listed his mothers name, date and place of birth and an address which could not be found. There appeared after many months of recent search to be no such place. I put out an appeal for help on this page and as always one of you kind folk I believe it was (Annette) sent me an E.Mail telling me to try Margaret Drummond on my folks. The appeal was registered on 31st December on this tips page(my husbands birthday). I contacted Margaret and tonight she has found my husband a family he did not know he had. She is an absolute treasure. So do not dispair of never finding your Scottish family. With so little to work on a miracle has been achieved. There really is hope. Pat
