Thank you all, however my problem is with viewing saved pages, I can view them online OK but when I go to view them just from the hard drive they are blank, this was not always so I have viewed them for a week or so. I contacted Lizard Tech and sent them a page, they had no trouble viewing it so now I have saved the lot to CD and funnily enough I can view them from the CD. I tried downloading the viewer again 3 times but no joy. I have now contacted microsoft in the hope they can tell me why. Will keep you all posted in case you encounter same problem. If anyone has any ideas feel free to post. Thanks Christina

Dear Christina, It's me again! Just after my last message on this thread I tried again and it works!!!!!!!! My son has used Evidence Eliminator in the last few days to give the computer a good clear out - could this be what you need? Hope you get it sorted. Best wishes, Lynne

Mine is XP and okay. When you say blank do you mean no text at all? If you right click on the page there is a display option "background" which dispays blank page ( don't know what for). It should default to "black and white" but check it anyway. Bob

Dear Christina, Sorry to hear of your problem with the viewer. Mine is the same and I have tried downloading it again and again and again, but to no avail and so my 330-odd credits are mouldering away. I wonder if it's common to XP users! Mine just throws up Netscape which I don't want. Keep trying! Hope you have better luck!

Try downloading the viewer again and make sure that you save the download, not just open it when downloaded. I had the same problem a few months ago and when I downloaded it again it worked. Margaret

Has anyone encountered a problem with 1837 online DJVU viewer. I downloaded heaps of pages and could view them all. Suddenly I only get a blank page and cant figure out why. Lizard technology who put out the viewer can view the pages I e-mailed. Anyone have any idea whats wrong. I am running windows XP home, it is a new computer only a few weeks old. Help greatly appreciated. Regards Christina
