I've used Winzip for years and it is a great tool. It also helps with saving disc space and for backups. One of the best tools that I have found. Nesta

For those of you having problems downloading and viewing e-mail with multiple attachments, when there is more than one attachment, ie more than one picture, more than one word document, is because your computer needs a program like WINZIP which you can get for free at www(.)winzip(.)com. Your computer, when sending e-mail "zips" multiple attachments...meaning it compresses them. Upon arrival at it's destination, this compressed file needs to be "unzipped." Your conmputer doesn't come with the program that is needed to unzip so you need to download and install the needed program. Opening e-mails with only one attachment is no problem....Go to the site above, download and install the program and you'll have no further problems opening e-mails with multiple attachments. Judy
