I am trying to order a death certificate on line, when the page comes up at the beginning it tells you to put your email address in then type your password, well I have done that and everytime it tells me I am typing the password in wrong, so I send away for a new one and the same happens, I have only ordered one certificate on line and I forgot what I did, any one there that can help me please to order one on line thanks.................Sue

Is this when you are on line to pay, you get a choose of 3 I alway click on the Guest as I can never remember my pass word. If you are already in 1837 then you go to buy certificates you don't have to enter another password this way. Irene

Sue Do you mean when you first enter the site? Are you sure that you aren't putting your password in upper case by mistake, or you entered it in upper case when you registered. Isn't there a bit where you can click when you put in your email address that says 'forgotten password' Try contacting them Margaret

Hi Margaret, I have just tried it again, still no joy, I have copied it just as it says and I still keep getting wrong password. I will email them thanks Sue................
