Thanks -I am daft. Must be this hobby of mine turning the brain. Even dafter -says on 1881 census born Middlesex, on 1871 says Sheffield. Who is going mad?!!!!!! At least I think I may now have her!!!! Jackie

Jackie Bethnal Green was classed as Middlesex London. Daft eh?

I have located a member of my tree -census return says born Middlesex. However, only birth I can find for her is Bethnel Green. Would this have been classed as Middlesex? Thought would have been Surrey/London. or have I got the wrong person? She was born in 1836. Jackie
