Help How do you list on "Trying to Find"

I have tried and been round and round trying to put a trying to find on the message board. Sorry if this a stupid question, only I am getting very frustrated. Thanks fro any help in advance. John

Hello John If you click on 'message boards' on the left hand side of your home page. Then all the boards will appear. Click on the 'trying to find' one. Then, at almost the top it 'if you want to add to this board click (in green) here. Regards Sarah

Thanks Sarah I seem to go round in circles, i click the green "click here" which takes me to the person I wish to list on the Trying to Find board, but I can not find the right route to list. Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks John

John, First of all, you need to have the surname you're "Trying to Find" in your tree. Go to "Your Names", click "View Entire Site" next to the appropriate surname and do it from there. Crista

I found it as clear as mud too John! Goto Name Summary Select the name out of your tree you're looking to find by clicking on it. 'Next click on Trying To Find' That will take you to the 'your name' part of the looking to find board. Then at the top where it says click here, it will allow you to post. This will be displayed on the general board which lists all the names which people can then narrow down to just your surname if they wish. Hope that helps :) Sioux
