Hi there I do so hope that there is someone out there to shed some light for me.I have been given details of a birth as follows (I know the child was born out of wedlock) quarter Dec1966 christian name etc mothers maiden name district etc followed by a number and then another number 1107 crossed out now has anyone else seen numbers crossed out is my first question second question what would these numbers represent. third question how do the quarters go and would the child be born whenever but not registered till the next quarter Many Many thanks Lynn |

Hiya Lynn The quarters go Jan-Mar.Apr-Jun.July-sept.oct-dec,they could be born one quarter and registered the next,I have seen that a few times when I have ordered certs,they were born in the previous quarter. hope this helps a little If you give me the name etc,ill look on 1837online and check it for you as I have some spare credits Anna |
