Hi does anyone know what an "Annuitant" is? my 4x gt grandmother has this down as her occupation on the 1881 census Many Thanks Michele

Annuitant: A person who is entitled to receive benefits from an annuity. Anuity: a series of payments of set size and frequency, often to a retired person Michele
