Have just seen this in my local county magazine thought it may be of interest, it lists people from lincolnshire deported to Australia,Gibralta and Bermuda 1788-1868, also gives the crimes they committed. www.lincolnshire.gov.uk and go to Convict Archive. Happy searching David Beard

Wow, there's one that could be mine. John Presgrave, sent to Tasmania in 1841 for theft. There're two families named Presgrave who keep confusing me - but I have a mysterious John Presgrave who seemingly vanished after his baptism.
