Could anyone out there tell me where I could find someone to look up the details of a marriage I have in Ballarat,Victoria,Australia.I also need someone to check a passenger list at the Public Record Office in Victoria,I have the names,ship and fiche and page no's,but there's nowhere on their site that tells you what to do if you can't get there.Many thanks.
