	There are separate indexes at the FRC for deaths overseas that have been reported to the British Consulate. Try contacting the GRO in Southport as you cannot search these online yet. If the death was not reported to the Consulate, then you will need to contact the Spanish Authorities - start with the Spanish Embassy which I would imagine is somewhere in London. Maz. XX

	Hello. I think that deaths of British Subjects overseas should be logged in to the local Consulate, as are births. Don't know if they are then registered at Kew? Keith
