thanks for ya help! It's so annoying really lol...i have names and birthdays but no birth dates or surname lol shall ask my nan to check out the photos again for me! |

Jess you could try contacting the Newport library, many have lists of local/county photographers and the period that they operated. Ray |

Marly Have a similar problem - but have the names of photographers, to which site were you referring .. I have 'googled' but not found anything helpful. Advice appreciated. Regs Jane |

My nan showed me 2 pictures of young men she had been given by her mum. They both have names on the back and birthdays but no surnames or birth years and the photos were taken in Newport, Wales. Stanley - 14 on 11th May Walter - 17 on 18th April My nan said they were on her Mum's side of the family so possible surnames are SENIOR & SHIRT. i really wanna find out who they are but dunno where to go from here HELP |
