Does anyone know if I can get a death cert for someone that I think died at sea.His name was William Henry Roskruge he was a Master in the Mail Boat Service.I have not found his death on 1837online as he may of died at Barbados. There is a memorial to him there.Did Barbados have a civil registration in 1838?I would be grateful of any suggestions |
