if you can pair up a New marriage and a Newcombe marriage by vol/page, you can get the wife's first name from the index entry. But it helps a lot if you know the husband's first name and the district. And if you don't have a good idea of the date of the wedding, buying the cert may be cheaper than searching on 1837online |
