oh no well it says cheshire on the family search but for 1852-1854 the was only 1 frederick born |

There is certainly not a Notslanton in Cheshire (or anywhere else that I can find) but there is a place called Wistaston and another called Willaston that are close to Nantwich. If you go to the GENUKI site and follow the links for Cheshire you will get to a list of all the parishes for the County. There may be one or two other possibilities but it looks like a spelling error by the transcriber or whoever made the record. John |

Lisa, Is the info from familysearch you have the 1881 census? Remember this was taken in April so Frederick might not have yet had his birthday i.e. he was due to be 29 that year and therefore would have been born in 1852. hope this helps Zoe |

I have a birth cert with Jane Elenor Moston born 1875 with the father being Frederick Moston and mother being Jane Moston nee hughes, I have found them on the family search website and it says Frederick was born in Cheshire in 1853 age 28 so i looked on 1837 to find him and all i have found is Frederick Moston Nantwich born Jul Aug Sep 1952 Frederick Alfred Moston born in notslanton it looks like that anyway but i dont think these are Cheshire Jan Feb Mar 1954 I really dont know what to do please can someone advise me Thanks Lisa |
