Phillimore published indexes as hardback books, but usually only for selected individual parishes, not whole counties. Phillimore indexes for Devon (scans of the books?) are sold by S&N on CD, but only 8 parishes are listed (some of which are also on IGI) Devon FHS has much more comprehensive marriage indexes covering 1754-1837, and a postal search service |

How do I access this index please?? I need to look at Devon and have been assured it is available on the internet but I cant find it anywhere. Thank you and happy new year Debbi |
