Information on welsh mines - sounds simple doesn't it- they even have a website entitled Welsh Coal mines. They mine my rellie worked at was only small and doesn't merit a mention. I believe several relatives worked at the same place but my late grandmothers Uncle died as a result of injuries sustained in a rock fall there. Any info appreciated Thanks Sarah Cambs |

Hi Ann The mine was called Clynmil Drift Mine and it was near Merthyr Tydfil Thanks Sarah |

Hi Sarah, Try www(.)cmhrc(.)pwp(.)blueyonder(.)co(.)uk/deaths(.)htm This supposedly lists all deaths between 1850 and 1914. Don't forget to remove brackets. Dave |
