When you open a thread you will see the thread number in the address bar at the top of the screen. Keep a note of it and if you want to return to it at a later date open any thread, delete it'a number from the address bar, type in the number of the thread you are wanting, press go and this should open the one you want. www.genesconnected(.)co(.)uk(/)genesconnected(.)asp?wci(=)ThreadedBoard(&)bb(_)type(=)B&bb(_)orig(_)key(=)447134 Maybe there was a misunderstanding on my part as well. I will try and look from both sides. My initial thought that was that you were looking for a message that had dropped off the end of the list. If you were, and you knew the message number, it should come back if you replace the number at the end of the address code (shown at the top of this message) with your known number. If you are searching for a message that has dropped off the end, and you do not have the message number, try contacting Admin. I am sending a message to them asking if earlier messages are archived, and can be accessed. Hope this helps!! Paul |

If you look at the address bar, you will see at the end of the www etc a number. If you note this number, call up any message and replace the number with the one you have noted, and then press go, it will bring up that message. Does that make sense?? Paul |

Any pros out there? How do you go further back on the thread board? I haven't been into it for a while and i can't get further back than the 15 pages shown. It's terrible being a virgin at these things! Thanks in anticipation Sue |
