Eileen, You appear to have 2 accounts. Account 1 was created on 08/04/2003 at 20:58:26 and has membership id 358682 and only has one person in the tree. Account 2 was created on 08/05/03 at 09:21:15 and has 116 people. This one has membership id 425168. You must have created 2 accounts. You need to figure out the email address and password you used for the other account to access it. Crista

No idea what has happened to your tree Eileen and I hope you get it back. However, let this act as a warning to all of you. If your tree is starting to get to large why not get hold of some of the free genealogy software and keep your tree on there as well. When you click on your name it does state only 1 person in your tree. I think you need to get back onto GC.

hi Dawn, no I did not upload a gedcom, i have been adding to it as i've found new names. Margaret, what GC reply have been is "I have found your registration...and has been up graded since 11/5/2003, please login with your email and password" (they sent the password). Leigh, your message appears in my contacts, but if i click to send you a email it say i have to upgrade. I wonder if someone would send a email to one of my names, (that I have lost) just to see if I get it ? cecil Iverson b1917 norwich. GC sent me a email yesterday "new names add to your tree" with all the sernames on that i have lost, so they are there somewhere! thank you all for your help, im begining to get fed up with it, but it would be a nightmare for someone like Margaret with all her names! regards and merry xmas Eileen

Eileen Are you using the correct password to log into GC. Perhaps you could ask GC about this. They will provide you with a new password which you can change to one of your own choosing. Margaret
