help HELP please--does any one know where i can buy an air vent its a sort largish looking jam jar object that sits on the roof of a van--- in this case ford escort type-----its purpose to send cool air down inside the van---as you drive along it turns around--thus--forcing air down inside-----the reason i need one is i carry sheep dogs during summer having just bought this van i realise it will need ventalation during the coming summer----

Try typing air vent Escort van into your Google search engine. PS...or ask the Police....their dog handlers use ventilated vans!

I guess this poor person doesn't want his animals to become a "Death" on his family tree! Lol Sorry to make fun but I have to be honest and say it's a little strange and not something I would have expected to find on here. Good luck though and it's nice to know you are thinking of the animals. I hope you manage to find one.

I suggest you try your local caravan or motorhome showroom or look online. I think the thing you are after is similar to ventilators fitted to motorhomes. Here is one online site I found www(.)vangadgets(.)co(.)uk, I found something under roof racks etc. Ann
