Hi - was checking new names added and several have the contacted label beside them - I haven't contacted them and don't have any messages from them - help! Appreciate the helpful information everyone gives Thanks Doreen in NZ |

Hi Doreen, That confused me as well, but I think I have worked it out. When you contact a person about their tree, the label is put beside every name in that persons tree. Say you contact someone about a person in their tree. The person you contact is not necessarily the name you clicked on. Then that person adds more names to their tree, and those names will have the contacted label. Does that make sense |
