Is there any sites that you guys use to buy birth certificates? The only one I know of is http://www.1837online.com thanks Darren

You buy birth certificates either from the local register office or the GRO in Southport, where they can be ordered online. Ros

If you know where the birth was registered, you can find the local register office on genuki(.)org(.)uk/big/eng/RegOffice. They are usually very helpful and if you send a stamped addressed envelope, they usually send your certificate by return of post. Try phoning them to see what info they can give you.
