Has anyone tried typing in St Catherine's Marriage Index, I just did and I was amazed at what came up, there is also a few transcriptions on Genuki, mainly for 1843. Gen |

Thanks for the tip off, got moved to stcaths d o t c o m. The home site isn't very helpful regarding what info is there, but a brief meander around the site seems to suggest it is just the same info as you can get on 1837online, or am I missing something? Or is it just that you can get them to do the searching for you? In the Q&A it says the GRO index isn't to their knowledge available to search on other sites - but isn't that what 1837online does? Help please - if there's useful info on this site not on 1837online please tell me! |
