Sue, The brackets are only needed before any word that starts with co Crista

Surely it's simple enough to cut and paste but remove the brackets before clicking on 'Go'. Is it definitely only before 'c' that the brackets are needed? If so I apologise for any websites I've posted with brackets around every dot (which is what everyone was doing when I first joined this site). Sue

The address doesn't always come out properly so we use the brackets. Agreed, that it is a pain not being able to paste and copy, but it saves confusion of an address that doesn't make sense.

You only need to bracket the (.) when it comes before c o. It's annoying when ppl bracket all of them. By the way typing in CAPITALS is bad manners as it is considered to be SHOUTING.

WHY ON THIS WBSITE DO PEOPLE POST WEBSITES WITH BRACKETS AROUND THE DOTS IN WEB ADDRESSES, IF THEY DID NOT YOU CAN HIGHLIGHT COPY AND PASTE INTO YOUR ADDRESS LINE ON YOUR BROWSER. I VISIT MANY SITES ON ALLL SUBJECTS AND HAVE ONLY FIND THIS HERE, AND THEY ALWAYS SAY REMOVE BRACKETS. WELL WHY ARE THEY THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE, THE STUPIDIST THING I HAVE SEEN, WHY?
