I ordered mine from LDS by phone and paid with my credit card. I found the phone number on their website.

Do you order it on-line or at your local LDS church.

I recently purchased mine from LDS. It arrived promptly and wasn't too expensive (about £22). However, I currently have mixed feelings about it! I bought my own as someone had done a couple of look-ups for me and come up with all sorts of exciting information. I am now having rather less success both on my own behalf and when doing searches for others. It is certainly far from complete, but I've just tried to look up someone called SMITH who was born in Birmingham - and could find no mention of Birmingham at all!!! I'm willing to be persuaded otherwise, but am beginning to think it may not be the wonderfully helpful tool I anticipated...

Becareful when buying the VRI on ebay dont get carried away with the bidding and end up paying over the odds for them. I recently saw some that sold on ebay for £50 + much cheaper from LDS.
