Jackie, Sadly no, Before the advent of Cots parents would have the baby in bed with them. It was not uncommon for a child to be suffocated by being pressed too closely to Mum during the night. A tragic thing to happen. Jim |

Hi, Overlain means someone was sleeping in the same bed as the baby and lay over him and he suffocated. Very sad, Gwynne |

recieved a cert of my grandads brother died aged 2 months cause od death. suffocation from being overlain. would this be like a cotdeath , thankyou , jackie. |
