Hi Janet If you don't know the name of your grandfather's first wife, just put in something, from ? ? or * * to unknown unknown, and link the children to that. I assume that as they all have the same name it will be your grandfather with two wives, rather than the grandmother with two husbands. If you find the name later you can go into the record and make changes. Best wishes Stan

Hi Janet, Siblings always have to be added from the parents. You would have to add a second partner to whichever parent it was. You then have the option when adding a child to the correct parents. I hope that makes sense!! Shout it you need more help. Regards Margaret

How do I put my mothers sisters on my tree as her 1/2 sisters, tried puting them as (from 1st marriage) but that puts them under a different list from my mother although they all have same surname.
