Hi Paul, Thanks for the info-I don't know if there are any Poyntz's living there. I know that my father-in-law had traced his side of the family back to William the Conqueror's time-so they were immigrants from France!!! Sue

Brian Thanks for your message.It is very frustrating not to be allowed to view trees, I had hoped that this particular tree would solve a problem. Sue

You can only view someone else's tree if they have authorised it by clicking on the appropriate button. If you have e-mailed them and they have not given permission then there is nothing more that you can do. I am in the same position, having asked for access to a particular tree months ago, but no response.

Sorry if this is repetition, but how do you view someone else's tree? I sent an e-mail and got no reply,also no access to view their tree. Do I just try again and repeat the process? Thanks Sue
