Anti-spam & Anti-junk mail

Do any of you people use any anti-spam software? I'm getting 30 to 40 unwanted emails everyday. I would like to know what software you use, and how effective it is. And with regards all that junk mail that gets posted through your front door, I thought I'd pass on a tip that I heard some time ago... When two or more pieces of junk mail arrive together, simply put pieces of paper from one into the pre-paid envelope of the other. And then send it back. Of course don't use the bits with your name and address on. If only one person does it, then it would not have much effect, but everyone did it, then think of the cost to those firms having to employ people to open their junk mail. Paul

You could try this freebie mailwasher on http://www.mailwasher.net/download.php. Never used it myself as don't get spam or unsolicited emails. so far! (can't comment on whether its OK. Was recommended by cousin in Canada). As regards junk mail - if its the postie who delivers, don't be too hard! They get a little extra in their pay packets for delivering this stuff! Dierdre X
