There is one on freebmd with Caspian as middle name - Thomas Caspian Holliday - this doesn't ring bell from your previous thread though. Have you seen original?? There are loads with Cousins as middle name. Just a thought. Maz. XX

Could it be an alternative form of Caspian? I've heard that name somewhere before (something to do with Narnia collection I think - if my childhood memories are not malfunctioning!) -Kat

Carol, Had a look on 1891 census and Freebmd no Caspins there either. Did a check for Caspin and there's only one of those on the 1891 census and one on Freebmd - and it's the same guy!!. Emma.

It appears from bmd that my grt, grt, grandads middle name was Capsins I had originally thought that it was Cassius ( wich was bad enough). Has anyone ever heard of it before. Is it likely to be a double barreled surname? If it was a family name i'm so glad it died out! p.s. Apologies to any Cassius's out there.
