any help greatly appriciated!! thanks,Im looking on those sites now.Ive also just had an email from someone researching the same name.The guy I an interested in was a race horse trainer and she has just said there was a Igoe family with a horse repositery?in Dublin,so i need to find details of that now Anna

Thanks Paul, Ive looked on the IGI and found a few IGOE births and marriages in Roscommon and Co Mayo,but have no way of finding out if they are mine. I have been lucky really in that most of my research has been in England,just this one person in Ireland so far. Anna

As far as I know, there are no on-line census records for Ireland, similar to the 1901 UK census. Some of the Irish genealogy sites have census records enterd by volunteers, but that is as far as it goes. Paul

Can anyone tell me if there are any Irish census records available to view online?Also the BMDS where do you go to look for them? Thanks Anna
